Have an old rank you previously purchased? Want to upgrade, switch packages, or move into something new? Our Credit Exchange Program allows players to exchange previously purchased ranks for store credits that can be used on ANY product in our store.

What Is Credit Exchange?

The Credit Exchange system allows players to convert eligible, previously purchased ranks into store credits. These credits are added directly to your account balance and can be used to purchase:

• ️ Rank Upgrades
• Cosmetic Packages
• Custom Items
• ️ Utility Commands
• Seasonal Bundles
• Future Store Releases

Credits function exactly like real store balance and can be used at checkout.

• Use value from legacy ranks toward current store items

Exchange Value Policy

To keep the system fair and sustainable, the following policies apply:

• Credit value is based on the original purchase price
• Exchange value may be adjusted if the rank is discontinued or heavily discounted
• ️ Coupons, chargebacks, or refunded purchases are NOT eligible
• Once exchanged, the original rank is permanently removed
• Exchanges are final and non-reversible

Our team reviews every request individually to ensure accuracy and fairness.

️ How To Start an Exchange

1. Join our official Discord server.
2. Create a ticket in the Support / Credit Exchange section.
3. Provide your Minecraft username.
4. Provide proof of purchase (Transaction ID, email receipt, etc.).
5. Wait for staff verification and approval.

After approval:

• Your rank will be removed.
• Store credits will be added to your account.
• You can immediately use credits in the store.

Processing Time

Most exchange requests are processed within 24–72 hours. During high-traffic periods, it may take slightly longer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I partially exchange a rank?

No. Exchanges are processed per-rank. Partial credit conversions are not supported.

Can I exchange multiple ranks?

Yes. Multiple eligible ranks can be exchanged in a single ticket.

Do credits expire?

No. Store credits do not expire and remain on your account until used.

Can I exchange gifted ranks?

Only the original purchasing account may request an exchange. Proof of purchase is required.

What if I bought a rank years ago?

Legacy purchases are still eligible, but exchange value may reflect current store structure.

The Credit Exchange Program exists to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness. Abuse of the system, fraudulent claims, or chargeback attempts will result in:

• Permanent store blacklist
• In-game punishment
• Removal of all purchased benefits
